John Kunzweiler -General Manager, and CEO of M Squared Consulting
John Kunzweiler is the General Manager of Collabrus and the CEO of its parent company, M Squared Consulting. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, M Squared is the leading provider of project experts and consultants to large enterprises for solving important business challenges. John joined Collabrus and M Squared Consulting in May, 2010; he was formerly a senior partner at Accenture, where for 26 years he helped grow the firm from fewer than 2,000 employees to more than 150,000 worldwide. He held several leadership positions including Global Managing Partner of Alliances, Joint Ventures, and Venture Capital. John has a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business, where he serves on the National Advisory Board.
Alicia Gousis -Vice President, Business Development
Alicia focuses on developing new client relationships and executing future growth initiatives for Collabrus. She brings 15 years experience in business development and client services, along with her broad experience in human resource and compliance solutions. Prior to joining the company Alicia served as a District Manager in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) sector, working for Administaff. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Jose State University.
Walter Branam -Director of Compliance
Walt has over 30 years of experience working with The State of California’s Employment Development Department (CA EDD) in labor and tax audits. As a former Tax Auditor, Tax Administrator, facilitator of the CA EDD’s first Taxpayer Rights Advocate Program, and designer of the CA EDD’s Settlement Program his knowledge of the Federal and State employment laws, regulations, and audit criteria provides valuable insight into how to prevent worker misclassification. Walt has been a featured speaker before numerous industry and professional groups and brings his compliance expertise to the private sector as the in-house Worker Classification and Employment Tax Compliance Specialist at Collabrus Inc. Walt has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
